TERMS OF USE
These general conditions regulate the access and use by any person (“user”) of the web site www.rubiodecasas.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Web Site”), owned by MARQUR, as well as the contents and services included therein. Access to the web page and its use necessarily implies the submission to and acceptance without reservation of these conditions, and we therefore recommend that you read them carefully.
1. Access and use of the Website
The contents and services presented on the Website are mainly intended to disseminate information about the activities carried out by Rubio de Casas.
In addition to the information relating to the firm “Rubio de Casas”, MARQUR may periodically prepare and/or publish on the Web Page Blog its own content or that of third parties which may be of interest to users, such as reports, notes on new legislation, regulatory alerts, opinion articles, etc. (hereinafter, the “Content”).
MARQUR shall make available all reasonable means to ensure that the Content is accurate and up to date, but MARQUR is not in a position to guarantee this circumstance.
Under no circumstances may the Contents be considered as professional legal advice on any matter whatsoever, and MARQUR declines any liability whatsoever in respect of any decisions that third parties may take on the basis of the information contained in the Contents. Likewise, access to the Content does not constitute or imply any attorney-client relationship, nor any other type of trust or professional relationship between MARQUR and the user of the Web Page.
The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services of the web page and, by way of illustration but not limitation, not to use them for (i) engaging in illegal or illicit activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) causing damage to the physical and logical systems of MARQUR, its suppliers or third parties, or introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems which may cause the aforementioned damage.
The user shall be solely liable to third parties for any communication sent personally or on his/her behalf to the web page, as well as for the illegitimate use of the contents and services contained therein.
2. Intellectual and industrial property
MARQUR, by itself or as assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights to the web page, as well as the elements contained therein (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software or text; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs required for its operation, access and use, etc.).
The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights held by MARQUR. The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the making available of all or part of the Contents of this Web Site for commercial or promotional purposes, on any support and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the authorisation of MARQUR.
The inclusion of part of MARQUR’s Content in other works is only permitted when it is carried out for teaching or research purposes, to the extent that the purpose justifies such incorporation and indicating the source as follows Rubio de Casas, the specific year of publication, the link to the content and the name of the author in the event that the article or memo indicates it.
The user may also view the elements of the Web Page and even print them, copy them and store them on the hard drive of his/her computer or on any other physical support as long as it is solely and exclusively for his/her personal and private use.

Without prejudice to the above, if any user or third party notices that such links may be contrary to the law, morality or public order, please inform us immediately at administracion@rubiodecasas.com so that we can remove them from the Website or take the measures we deem appropriate.
4. Security measures
MARQUR will take appropriate and necessary security measures to prevent damage caused by computer viruses. However, MARQUR cannot guarantee the total absence of malware that may have been introduced into the Web Page by third parties. Consequently, MARQUR shall not be liable for any potential damage or errors which, due to the presence of any virus, may be suffered by the user’s computer system (hardware or software) when accessing or using the Web page.

Suspension of service
MARQUR may temporarily suspend, without prior notice, access to the web page for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations. Whenever circumstances permit, MARQUR shall publish a notice on the web page indicating the date on which services are to be suspended.
MARQUR may also interrupt, suspend or terminate access to the contents of the web page at any time, without prior notice, and the user shall not be entitled to demand any compensation whatsoever.
5. Duration and modification
MARQUR reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or update of any of the elements comprising the design and configuration of the Web Page, including these conditions.
The conditions published at the time the user accesses the web page shall be understood to be in force, and therefore the user shall be responsible for periodically verifying when accessing the web page whether any changes have been made.
6. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These general conditions are subject to Spanish law. For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from access to the Web Page, the user and MARQUR agree to expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, renouncing any other general or special jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

MARQUR se reserva la facultad de efectuar, en cualquier momento y sin necesidad de preaviso alguno, cualquier modificación o actualización de cuantos elementos integren el diseño y la configuración de la Página Web, incluidas las presentes condiciones.
Se entienden como vigentes, las condiciones que estén publicadas en el momento en el que el Usuario acceda a la Página Web, por lo que será el Usuario quien deberá verificar de forma periódica cuando acceda a la Página Web si se han producido cambios.
7. Legislación y jurisdicción aplicable
Las presentes condiciones generales quedan sujetas al ordenamiento jurídico español. Para la resolución de cualquier conflicto que pudiera derivarse del acceso a la Página Web, el usuario y MARQUR acuerdan someterse expresamente a los juzgados y tribunales de la ciudad de Madrid, con renuncia a cualquier otro fuero general o especial que les pudiera corresponder.
